LinkedIn Connectivity & Deep Sync Consent

To provide Connexa's relationship intelligence, AI search, and contact management features, you may choose to connect your LinkedIn account.

By connecting LinkedIn and enabling Deep Sync, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Access to LinkedIn Information

You authorize Connexa to access, collect, process, and store information from your LinkedIn profile and information associated with profiles within your LinkedIn network that are available through your connected account.

This information may include names, profile URLs, job titles, employers, industries, education history, skills, profile summaries, profile images, and other public professional profile information.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Connexa uses this information solely to provide and improve your personal Connexa experience, including:

• Building and maintaining your professional network;
• Improving AI-powered search and relationship insights;
• Enhancing contact records and relationship context;
• Providing personalized recommendations, reminders, and follow-up assistance;
• Improving contact discovery and organization within your account.

Connexa does not sell your LinkedIn data or your connections' data to third parties.

3. Profile Activity

You understand that, during synchronization and ongoing updates, Connexa may access profiles within your LinkedIn network through your connected LinkedIn account. Such access may result in profile activity that is visible within LinkedIn and may be associated with your LinkedIn account.

4. Your Choice

Connecting LinkedIn and enabling Deep Sync is optional. You may disconnect LinkedIn at any time through Connexa settings. Disconnecting LinkedIn will stop future synchronization but may not automatically remove previously synchronized data unless separately requested.

5. Consent

By selecting "I Agree" and connecting LinkedIn, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this disclosure;
• You authorize Connexa to access and process LinkedIn profile and network information as described above;
• You understand that synchronization may generate visible profile activity through your LinkedIn account; and
• You consent to the use of this information to provide and improve your personal Connexa experience.
